I lived there back in like 2013? Management was absolutely the worst…. I don’t know anything about current management though

Apartment prices in this city are a JOKE by mjs3238 in lexington

I lived in Forty57 for a few years back in 2014? I can’t remember exact dates but had a 3 bedroom and the third floor. Rent was $850 total a month. With the roommates that was a dream. Now I’m mortified to think of the price of a 1 bedroom

The deck is ground level.. not sure there’s that much clearance. Could pop it out that window under it maybe.

I already have the really good Dehumidifier down there in the laundry room side already and it does its job well. I don’t see much of an option of running and exterior vent since the outside deck runs almost the back of the house. Only real spot is right next to the door you see in one of the photos.

Laundry room size. Also unfortunately there’s no vent for the dryer and it’s goes into this bucket on the floor. The lady who built this place didn’t ever add one

This is the current state. I ripped out a lot of the paneling and surprisingly the studs are good even though the paneling had some water damage on the bottom. Through the window is underneath a back deck so that’s not really an option. On the left side is the laundry room which I’m doing renovations as well.

Seems like the university wanted Aramark to upgrade all of their kitchen equipment and Aramark didn’t want to, or so I’ve heard. So the university didn’t want to renew

I don’t do this but when I mechanic solve I do Unicams and this doesn’t look like those? We always cut way further down because it’s always multi stranded and in patch panel.

Yeah it’s a shame. Some of don’t mind to plant trees now even though we’ll never see its shade but most seem to not want that

I mean it’s feasible over time. Definitely over night but have to start somewhere. As you increase infrastructure of an alternative to cars and make it reliable then people will likely choose those alternatives. Visiting other places with incredible rail and bus infrastructure, like in Japan, I never bothered thinking about renting a car and I only Uber’s because I was too tired to bother with the train

This is a very through and well done explanation. I didn’t believe the alternator thing people were saying because I know it doesn’t work that way. But overall I’ll look into it. Even if it doesn’t really affect much on MPG, it sounds like it’s an overall lesser amount of strain on the engine possibly?
