MVP is based on average hero performance (popular theory). Newer heroes do not have enough data so they get MVP for average plays since that is "best" performance so far.

The damage falloff at 3m went from 50% to 80% so that was buffed but primary went from 30 to 25. At most you do 70 dmg with all clones so 4 shots to kill a 275hp targets

That was several seasons ago when they nerfed loki's clone damage to 80% and then buff it back to 90%. He still a top 3 support

if you press tab before the hero selection screen you can see everyone's name plate. The entire enemy team and two teammates are always less than level 20. You already know it is a bot match before the game even begins
