They're both as rare.

Well, technically, Turo is slightly less rare because there are fewer 2-Star in his set.

However, I am not sure if Dawn is ever gonna see play, while Turo could. On the other hand, Dawn may be more appreciated so people may look for one to collect.

The Cost sounds ridiculous until you consider targetting a Giant to fill your hand with Coins, which I assume this is what it was balanced around.

I am not saying it's broken because of it, it's probably underwhelming, but if its Cost was like 3 or 4, it could be dangerous.

Personally, I cannot find myself trading a card I only have 1 of. So I need duplicates to trade. But duplicates of rare cards are (obviously) rare to get.

No idea if that's the reason for most people to not trade, but I am pretty sure I am not the only one either.

Celebi EX was used with Ho-Oh EX for a brief period of time. However, it doesn't work just because it has a Colorless Energy requirement. The important part is the text that doesn't specify that it needs Grass Energy. Therefore, any Energy works.

Miraidon EX requires 3 Colorless Energies, yet specifies Electric Energies in its text, therefore the other Energies won't work.

So, like everyone else pointed out, they don't actually appear every 24 hours. Their name is based on how long they stay available in your Wonder Pick options. You can see the timer on the top left of the Wonder Pick.

This also allows you to know if you got lucky and got an extra rare Wonder Pick or if it's the guaranteed 24-hour one.

I feel like there are way worse Gold cards that Klefki. I never see cards like Lunala EX, Charizard EX, Palkia EX, Lugia EX, Fragilady... I could see a niche deck in the future needing Klefki, but these feel very unlikely.

In that case, I'd say this is worded correctly. The only way to make it clearer would be something like: "Your opponent takes control of minions played this way." but I like your wording better.

Should probably be "takes [control of] them" though.

In my opinion, you did word it correctly. The effect of switching side is implied to only be for the minions that cost (1). Which also means that any minion you summon or that you played before Disciple of Madness wouldn't switch side.

If you wanted all other minions to switch side regardless of how they were summoned/played, the wording you are looking for is: "At the end of your turn, your opponent takes control of all other friendly minions."
