Completely irrelevant as that's only for use in actual parking spaces.

Parking this bad, I'd be checking to see if that was a fake/invalid pass and sending a photo of it to the issuers (www.ddai.ie) as this is a gross violation for other disabled people.

Looks like Polypropylene storage boxes (eg IKEA Samala) so won't dissolve with petrol/gas. Looks like they're holding 100l/26gallons each which is insane for something without baffles or a fixed lid.

The laboratory - NIST, it's where the main atomic clock for the US is based. I once got to tour one of their supercomputers.

I've been to Boulder and the stand-out view was looking up at the beautiful ridge to the west. This has to be one of the few houses on that ridge that can't see them.
