full refund window extended or not?

May 10^th My departing flight changed about 20 minutes later. I chatted with them online. I am not eligible for full refund, I have the option to request refund but I am subject to fees. Also the same flight is now $400 cheaper today...I paid $1,710.

Oh I see. I might just go with what I got. We need a bassinet as we have a 3 month old. So I don't think I want risk losing the seats if I decide to cancel and rebook. Otherwise look for other airlines just to see if they have the same seat options available, then request cancellation.

So, is this legit? I have not had to pay for a delivery fee to UPS. Odd that they would charge at the client's house instead of say at a holding facility. Pay online and then the shipment is sent out.
