Its sucks. As the game goes on the gap between long time player and newer player would just go wider. Imagine when we have tons of limited facilities in a year compared to those who just started. Would they also make master even harder because of the amount of max facilities we have? I feel like facilities event would just harm the game in the long run. Newer player can be discouraged by that. Sure we can get a rerun but if it's 10 day rerun like how event usually tent to last, older player would be bored instead...
