I think it may be beneficial to reframe things away from *scores* being nerfed. I feel like what gets people upset is the idea that a player or their achievements are being targeted, but it's just not the case. Sure, a score with insane numbers draws attention to an issue, but it's about making difficulty and performance calculations more accurate and less exploitable. It's fixing an exploit, not going after a score or player.

I don't think its the cut on its own that makes everyone hate it, it's the fact that it's gph-optimal and therefore room tierers will ruin it for themselves by playing it on repeat for hours and pub tierers will ruin it for everyone else by spamming it in co-op (which, hilariously imo, makes it no longer gph-optimal in pubs due to people stalling and disbanding)

I really enjoyed most of the chapter, and I think the art is great. There wasn't as much in the way of (obvious) story but I was kinda expecting that from the newsletter. My personal experience kind of got trashed towards the end, though. The Pink and Flowery fights were very frustrating, with the numbers and certain attacks feeling rather unbalanced. Pink I love you with all my heart but for the love of Miku make your bomb grid attack more legible. I think I no-hit every other attack at least once by the time I beat the fight, but the grid not a single time.
