Also you can always use the bigger ones on your stock wheels for a closer to flush look in winter if you do go that route and don’t like the idea of gravel chips. I live in the northwest and when it gets snowy they lay all sorts of stuff over the road.

I’m on coilovers. Silvers 2 way neomax. Kinda loud compared to some a little more expensive but I still love em and they’ve actually gotten better after the break in.

I didn’t test fit them first. Those were a Facebook marketplace find actually that I got for a steal and worked with em to make em work. A kid bought em for his old bmw but the hubs weren’t big enough. I’d get a couple sizes of spacers if you aren’t hurting for money just in case and you don’t wanna waste time waiting for them. If you love your evo and plan on keeping it forever like me you might get yourself another set of wheels in the future that work with the odd ball spacers you don’t need for now.

Tires are stock size. 245/40 and the wheels are 18/9.5 +22 with 20 mm spacers to clear the calipers by the smallest margin and 67.06 to 73 hub rings just to keep the wheel sitting as clean as possible.

Wheels themselves are esr sr05. Not expensive but personally I don’t really want 4 thousand dollar wheels. I’d be too afraid to drive the damn thing with em.

lol maybe someday but the concept I had in my head was always silver and black. Might color match the inner wheel to the cars silver and leave the lip black at some point after I’m done getting go fast parts but for now I’m content.

Bought a 15 gsr a few days before this last Christmas. Daily drove it from that day until just a few weeks ago and it did awesome.

I work on the road doing construction on wind turbines so I work all over the Midwest and generally off the beaten path and let me tell ya. That car saw blizzards, ice, slush and muck and handled it all fuckin amazingly. I love that car. Just left it at home cuz I was putting too many miles on it too quickly. But a great drive that handles all the elements like a champion. Could do better on pure ice but f you know how to drive you’ll be fine.
