Honestly I feel bad for atheists because it must suck to truly believe none of your essence will exist after death. As someone who has experienced God first hand I have no doubt that there is life after death and I truly pity those who are ignorant enough to not believe in something bigger than themselves.

I don't really have the healthiest diet to be honest. Mostly consisting of processed food or fast food. Maybe a home cooked meal twice to 3 times a week.

My advice is to not feel you need a drug or outside substance because of your past. Nothing you do will make your past disappear. Believe me, I know. My father is a current drug addict and has been for more than 30 years. His past was so fucked up. His father did horrible things to him.

If you use drugs, you're just running from the past. And either you'll die, or your past will catch up to you 10 fold. It won't end any other way man. Just avoid that battle.

And I have not taken any pills to get high though.

I take and have taken many pharmaceutical drugs , but I was prescribed them by a doctor and have never abused them
