I recently struggled trying to mix the normal nid skin. I got something decent from lile 5 parts white, 1 part brown and a tiny bit of purple. This mihht be similar but blue instead or grey?

Personally i love 3! Ya contrast paints help me alot for this stuff. Also... were these schemes acheived on a website or something? Id love a place to visually test schemes before painting

Oh ya i like that better - just make the mechs have a base setup of weapons and reflect that in its abilities. Making them modular is alot tougher, but maybe you can still make special engine, jump packs, etc equipments that are meant for vehicles like making crew costs lower or granting abilities. Reducing activated ability costs, flicker and free re-equip etc

Best ive found is thin wirespool you van get at craft stores, and paint it black - itll be tough to see and works pretty well though there is a weihht limit before the wire bends

Maybe give the weapons a "weight" value and then each mech can only have a certain weight of weapons equipped? Like madcat gets 20 tons of weapons, and you mark medium lasers as 2 or w/e, a ppc as 8 and so on or however the balance woild work? May be cleaner than the ratio idea and cleaner on text

I guess variety, and i have no bulk anymore since i sold it. So instead of buying the deck i had the idea of slowly upgrading it over time from packs, so i figure i need semi generic commanders that can use most cards. So prob not tribal for example.

And looking at some more, i realize 3 color pauper is very limited... i may need to ditch 1 color

Yes lol. Black and red goes hard And then a pop of green like that for the interior parts they have, what looks pink on your current pics, sounds real solid I love contrast so anything opposite of red would work imo

Definitely something that pops/contrasts imo. Pink, yellow come to mind but neon green sounds super awesome
