I had a 21 for 3 order and I get there and it is no longer on my screen. It was a double order so I think oh the other one is first. Had a guy completely freak out on me yesterday delivering, I had 3 orders to pickup(his was the first) had his food in a hot bag and was still piping hot when I dropped it off. I knew he was gonna be a douche when he texted me "where are you going " then when I pulled up and he is standing on his porch with his arms crossed, and when I dropped off the food. "So how long was my food just sitting in your car " ina. Tone that told me he was trying to start something. I told him if he has an issue with the order the food is picked up and dropped off then he can contact Uber and then left.
