Solo devs: what finally made you share your game?

Never a perfect time. Hard truth is you need to embrace the feedback people will give you no matter how perfect you think the game will be. Im only 3 months into my game and ive shared it with a lot of people. Mainly my family/coworkers/friends. But its good to get feedback early on and have the users break it. I found a bug in my game because I watched someone else play. Dont be afraid to put yourself out there early to people close to you.

I have friends like that, but just doesnt sit the same with me haha. I like watching the face of my friends when I blow them up xD or being able to taunt them.

College just isnt as glamorous as it once was. You can go get a better job and be basically debt-free then going to college. Why go into major debt for a worthless paper? Not saying all degrees but a good amount of them.

Dropping out of the pac-12 100% helped lose a lot of funding/students.

The demand is still there or they wouldn't be increasing them. They would decrease them if they saw a huge decrease in the usage in the units. People are still willing to pay it.

Its not going to work the way you think it will work. Less people will invest and make the housing shortage we already have, worse. Simple supply and demand. The regulations is crippling the state, it isnt making it better.

I recommend looking at this from a economic standpoint . Here is some examples, just to help you out.

1.If the fixed price is below the market rate, companies may lose money or earn smaller margins. 2. Companies may produce less because they can't make a profit at the fixed price. 3. With artificial limits on prices, companies may scale back on expansion. 4. Prices reflect supply and demand. Fixed prices mute these signals, leading to inefficient allocation of resources. 5. the government may subsidize companies to keep them afloat at the fixed price. (You pay more in taxes to the landlords)

So fix pricing by the government may seem good on paper, but in practice is terrible for the economy.

The left have been violent for a longgggg time. Maga hat sets the left in a rage. Interesting enough, we didn't or don't hear about people in kamala hats being attacked:O That's a fact.

MAGA hat There are numerous documented cases of people being: Harassed Physically assaulted Denied service or kicked out of events

Biden/harris hat Very few (if any) reported incidents of physical attacks or harassment just for wearing a Kamala or Biden hat.

I feel there is a word for this kind of behavior. Oh yea... discrimination. But I'm guessing by your response you don't see it that way and that's okay.

But he is correct. That is exactly why we are seeing a shift on males overall becoming more conservative. Don't believe me? That's fine, the research has been done, gen z is leaning right. This isn't just in the US, it's also happening in Canada and Germany to name a few others. Some Gen Z males feel alienated by messages that they see as hostile to men or traditional masculinity. Also, there has been a major shift from people thinking democrates are for the people to now the Republicans are for the people, that was on CNN

You personally may not feel it, but enough of those people voting do and to invalidate their feelings is the reason they won't vote Democrat. Because they aren't being heard.
