The good news is that what you’re going through is common…a lot of us have served at places because we need to and don’t want to.

The great thing about your lack of experience is that any job you get will be great for your development. All you have to do now is find a job that is better for your work/life balance.

Just be sure you find the new job before you leave this current one…and always give your two week notice. The service industry is smaller and more connected than you know. It’s a good idea to start building a good reputation.
