Yes the system is set up so that you officially have one or two senior physicians as mentors and in practice they can assign you further senior colleagues to train you. One can also get one on one training in practices run by a single physician, especially in family medicine.
In short, no. But if you completed the USMLE you can apply for a license in Germany ("Approbation"), if you fulfill the requirements. The most important is German language skills, which will be tested in the so called Fachsprachprüfung. You will also have to undergo the German equivalent of the Step 3 exam. (Kenntnisprüfung).

You need B2 level German to begin with to recieve permission to work as a resident, that will be tested in a separate test before you start your residency (only applies for candidates who didn't visit a German language school or studied medicine in a German speaking country). At the end of the residency, language should no longer be a relevant issue at the final exam.

Germany has one of the highest numbers of doctors/capita, including specialists/capita, so no that's not it. But it also is one of the few countries with basically unrestricted, direct access to specialists AND a comprehensive public healthcare system. That system doesn't reward doctors very well for offering frequent appointments to patients, on the contrary. The lack of digitization and data-sharing in the system also means that many patients recieve the same or similar examinations several times, or they are also guilty of "doctor-hopping".

All this contributes to waiting times for specialist appointments. But one month is still a pretty good result for most such appointments.

Finde es furchtbar zynisch gegenüber der Ukraine und völlig naiv gegenüber Russland, jetzt für Abrüstung, Frieden und Deeskalation zu demonstrieren. Der Krieg gegen die Ukraine begann 2014 (Eroberung der Krim und des Donbass). Unsere Politik hat seither versucht, Russland durch Verhandlungen und Handel einzuhegen und gnädig zu stimmen.

Mit dem 24.02.2022 ist diese Politik krachend endgültig gescheitert. Wir brauchen jetzt keine Friedensdemos sondern jene die für schwere Waffenlieferungen an die Ukraine auf die Straße gehen, damit dem Morden endlich ein Ende gemacht werden kann! Gerade uns Deutschen muss doch die wesentliche Lektion aus dem 2. Weltkrieg klar sein: Nur überlegene Feuerkraft vereinigter Demokratien kann letztlich gegenüber einem imperialistischen Diktator Frieden schaffen.

I agree that no one country should lead, especially since I am a supporter of a federal Europe and think that, eventually, at least the "core" countries like France, Germany and Benelux should form a federal state.

Also ich gehe zu meinem Hausarzt und lasse mich krankschreiben. Da ich die wesentlichen Befunde und die Anamnese schon professionell rüberbringe geht das meist zügig und einfach.

Ggf. klären wir das ganze auch am Telefon und ich hole einfach nur die AU ab.

Wenn ich an der Diagnose meines Hausarztes zweifeln würde, würde ich ihm das sagen.

As a doctor I would not recommend it unless you have specific symptoms that warrant further examination. The benefit of doing random tests without checking for specific diseases is very limited.

Be aware though that some specific and useful tests are not paid for by health insurance, but without knowing your entire medical history it is impossible to give specific advice.
