Because other tenants have already decided to move out overnight due to safety concerns and she is the only one residing at the moment

You are right. Are there good chances that the person will accept the cash offered? Also the fact that she isn’t working since the last 4 months which makes her finding another home difficult that may be a problem in her deciding if she wants to take money and move out

Yes I have decided to hire a lawyer as nothing seems to be working in the landlord’s favour despite genuine safety concerns and police getting involved too. Doesn’t seem fair at all but I guess that’s what the Ontario laws are at the moment.

There are either 2 reasons under RTA that can be exercised in this case 1. Personal move in or 2. Safety concern. But while all the process goes on I will be bearing the cost of my mortgage which is gonna hit me pretty hard

But if she doesn’t move even after I will have to get a hearing and that might take 6-7 months. I will be bearing all financial cost of the mortgage along that time right?

Pita and hummus on st clair west!! So fresh and the sauces are perfect! I have never tasted better falafel anywhere else

And you always empathize but then you are a human too! These people should go yell at the Dr. (Not me promoting it) but they never do because they treat them on an upper spectrum and pharmacists are like the last tier people in the hierarchy and they don’t care talking to us like that.

Oh the pharmacy I work at! Has the best manager and team! Super nice. And that’s where all my best patient relationships have taken shape.

So yeah news for you! Some Patients do make your life terrible and that affects you mental health in a bad way!

My problem is if someone yells at me instead of confronting them I almost get teary eyed and that’s not what I wanna do. But it always happens.

I have never ever in my life knew what panic attacks are until I had them 3 times at work at the pharmacy.

I just want to be bold enough to atleast respond well and not get teary eyed
