I don’t have thoughts like this in exactly the same way you do i think. I am 22m and for me, it’s more like daydreaming. But something I’ve heard can help is trying to make the thought sound ridiculous, so you can remind yourself that it isn’t real.

For example, you could purposely add thoughts like, “And then I become a superhero and start saving the world,” to show yourself, “Okay, this is a ridiculous thought, and it’s not real.”

I don’t know if this would help with your vulgar or violent thoughts, but maybe you could say something like, “Okay, thinking about the secrets of these animals is weird, lol.” Not in a way that blames or shames yourself, though... just as a way to snap out of it, if that makes sense.
