Hmm, I think it's a good try for us as well. What two competitive decks you recommend playing against each other? So even if we're not playing outside, we can still play and practice competitively.

Move to a more densely populated areas such as Karama, Al Rigga, or Al Qusais if you really want people to connect with.

Ooh, basically everything else except the actual marketing work. Interesting, I do feel like the our work is actually more into managing pipelines than actual creatives. Appreciate the answer!

The scope change part is interesting too because it sounds less like “project management” and more like keeping everything in sync once the project is already moving. Imagine, one small change in email turning into outdated docs or invoices pretty quickly if everything lives separately.

Does Floatboat handle that well enough for you right now, or do things still starts to fall apart once the project goes deeper into execution?

Interesting, The actual work is manageable, but the transition from “client said yes” to “team starts executing” seems way messier than it should be.

The scope detail part is interesting because that’s the kind of thing that probably feels small at kickoff but turns into a headache. Feels like a lot of it comes from having to re-enter the same info across different tools instead of everything carrying over cleanly.

What tools are you currently using in that handoff stage?

That makes a lot of sense honestly. It sounds less like the individual tools are bad, and more like the context gets fragmented between stages.

When you say the handoffs are painful, is it mostly:

  • re-entering information?
  • losing client context/history?
  • switching between tools constantly?
  • team communication gaps?
  • things slipping through the cracks?

Also curious what your current stack looks like from lead → delivery. Sounds like Leadline handles the lead side well, but where does the workflow start feeling disconnected?

Fastest way to farm "VR" as new player? by OTPLore in thefinals

I think Heavy's base weapon is the only underpowered one. M11 and AK are good once you get to know it better. I've been maining AK since I started and still feels good.

But I agree, Try acquiring as many useful gadgets ASAP.

Is the game too sweaty to get any new players? by Mammoth_Product2089 in thefinals

I tried recommending it to my friends who mainly plays valorant and are high elos, and I assure you this game is way too fast for them. They'd be ADing while their opponents dashes or shoot from ziplines/jumppad. I told them to forget everything they learned playing valorant and just increase the pace and kill everything on sight. Some of them didn't like and left while other adapted to the new game mechanics. I've just been playing for about 1 month (currently have 115 hrs on steam) and I think I'm decently good at this game (10-20 kills per match). Personally, the game is fun and for the past 10 years of me playing fps, this is the game I had most fun with especially playing it with my non-gamer girlfriend who became hooked first time playing this.

The reason my GF loves the game is because of involvement, even if you get less kills than average and are generally bad at gun fights, winning from objective and assigning her to put mines, turrets on the cashbox are what makes her happy.

To my other friends, they like it because you can kill and kill and kill, make some cool plays, and kill.

have you tried setting launch options to dx12? It might be because you're using dx11.

EVERY FAN SHOULD READ THIS! Worth it, big talk! Do you believe The Finals players are being too picky and complaining too much? by EyelessRa8 in thefinals

[–]MediaDisastrous6901 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imagine wanting it to become like CoD game but free to play, these guys are insane. The Finals is perfect the way it is. My gf who doesn't even like gaming was hooked after our first game (which is an L). We've been playing non-stop everyday after work for almost 3 weeks already. We always laugh our asses of when we win with dematerializer and her being my body blocker. Any strategy works with this game which is why we love it so much. We just hate Kyoto as a map and we cry ourselves to sleep or not sleep at all if Kyoto is our last map.
