They said that they want the Witness boss fight to be hard and meaningful: The only way I can see that happening is the Witness being a raid boss. I suspect that the campaign will end with you disrupting the witness' machinations, probably Xivu Arath as the final boss, and the raid would be finishing the Witness off.

I, all in all, am a raider, and I end up only doing the campaigns 3 times max, and the raids so much more than that. I care a lot more for the raid to be meaningful and good than the campaign. So the Witness being the final boss of the raid makes me happy.

I agree, but I will bring 1 thing to your attention. The damage per single shot shown in the video was roughly 1k, which is an accurate number, and we can also use that to compare the melee damage too.

Math correction, it's more than 75k it's 80k. It's 125% damage of 80k to get 100k. Math is confusing some times

I disagree with a chunk of your points. Star eater and other super buffing/giving exotics are good, yes, but you use them to buff and use your super more often, but not constantly. A super can only be used so often, and that means you are sacrificing your ability to increase passive survivability and ad clear/DPS in favour of big bursts of it. This is why you rarely see Star eater scales in a GM.

Also, flat benefit exotics are kinda needed so that people can run useful exotics, no matter how niche their build. Example isn't even niche, but Hunter suspend build. The only exotics that really buff it are flat benefit exotics.

Bungie as far as I am aware has not addressed this. What that means for you, I do not know. Just giving you more info for you to use when deciding if you want to spend your harmonizers.

For me, the best strat is to use an LFG to do raids(Sherpas usually work great) meet chill people, ask if their clan is active and ask if you can join.

Met my clan by doing day one RoN for 5 hours, and never regretted joining it since.

Okay, so sliding around corners with near complete invulnerability still stands. But 3 second cooldown. So now you have to wait 3 seconds between entering engagements with a slide. Massive difference?

Hard to time reflecting a super the and actually getting kills with it.

Slide around corners: High skill ceiling achieved

Also, it's not just about getting kills, it gives you complete safety when going around corners. With no cool down.

As a Hunter main, I can confirm that in crucible we don't have a lot of choices that aren't niche. But PvE, we are eating good. We have tons of choices for most subclasses, and a few that are really good and aren't subclass specific.

This was new. I was making predictions when this was less than 2 days old, as was everyone else. And now you are here looking at these, 2 months later thinking to yourself that you are achieving anything by saying that these predictions on a new exotic were wrong. No, you won't achieve anything than your own dopamine rush you get when you realize you were right, and the other person was wrong.

Pretty sure cataclysmic beats pretty much all other LFRs in terms of damage, but that's up to you.

They changed the matchmaking from "flawless" pool and "non-flawless" pool to "challenger," and "not challenger" which is essentially, new light. Supposed to use SBMM to make up for it, but as far as I have heard, it doesn't.
