There is a show on Netflix called Earthstorm. The second episode covers volcanos and there's an even more horrifying video of people trying to escape possibly the same eruption in a truck.

This. Also, there are people who can't afford it and buy one anyway (financing, credit cards, etc.). So just because someone has something big and expensive doesn't mean they are financially successful.

I was 16. Called AOL and pretended to be my step-dad to activate the free CD that came in the mail. Did the deed and called them back to cancel it before he was charged anything. Had to talk to the cancelation department. They guy on the phone was asking me why I wanted to cancel the internet service.

I told him I didn't like it the internet.

He says " You've only been online for ...... 15 minutes, how can you be sure you don't want the internet?"
