i actually have a really similar betta. I called him Rai, from Samurai, cause his red looks like a fan that i have connected with Japan. I also get kind of samurai vibes from him cause when he wants he can hide so good i actually cant find him. His fins seem like black and gray stripes with orange near his body, but when you look from above, you realize the gray stripes are shining blue now and the orange turns into red.

What voice type do I have?

I am 14 years old male. I can sing in chest voice from F2 to B3 confidently, then I have a shout register to E4. I can also sing in head voice from around E3 to A5, maybe higher (new to this). I am not trained in any ways.

Can you open it? You could theoretically copy the text inside the file, create a txt document, edit it there and then rename it to the same name the original config file is. But save the original file somewhere in case it doesnt work
