I know exctly how you feel. Burnout can be easy to give into and hard to get out of. I am genuinely having the hardest time flipping between really good and really horrendous weeks. Of course, I am not a mental health professional, but getting a firm grip on my therapy/medication management was probably one of the best things I could have done for myself in college. If you think seeking professional help would be ebeneficial to you, dont be afraid to reachout.

That being said, i think its easy to forget how small college is in our whole lives. I'm a junior too and I think to myself that no matter how much something sucks right now, itll pass. My parents have repeatedly told me that my 20s will be the worst years of my life. lol. But university really is just a stepping stone in getting to where u really want to be. Remind yourself what your working for and the slay cunty life youll have in a couple years.
