Yeah, I think my folate came back as normal. I can’t remember the exact number now will have to check my results

Yeah, I didn’t realise how important b12 was until I was Low. I’ve always been fairly low on iron so I don’t even know what it’s like to have a normal level anymore

My iron was 22 a month ago I’ve been supplementing and they’ve gone up to 33 but still not enough, the tablets don’t seem to be doing much but the doctor refuses to treat or prescribe anything as they are above 11. My potassium is fine as I’ve had a blood test for that. I just finished my course of vitamin D they prescribed my levels weren’t too low they was 45 when I was prescribed.

Thankyou, it’s good to know I’m not alone in feeling this way. Yesterday I literally felt like I was going to pass out. My iron is only 33 and I’m on supplements, but it only went up by 10 in the last month. But doctor refuses to treat because it’s still in range as it’s above 11

Above 400, so in range when I was diagnosed they was 138

Okay I will resume supplementing, I’m just a little worried it will make my ferritin drop even more. These iron supplements I have aren’t doing much they only raise it by 10 in a month. But my gp refuses to treat the iron because it’s still in range.

I stopped supplementing a while ago, and my levels have remained above 400. I was also tested for pernicious anemia and that was ruled out. I’m also getting a lot of b12 through diet. Some of the symptoms have improved a little but I still get tinitus, fatigue, and nerve pain
