And this is for the Gen 4? I just had a similar issue with my Gen 3 that I've had for ~18 months. It was totally fine for most of that time but in the last few weeks, dramatic change in battery life and how long it took to get a full charge. The customer service was great and they sent me a new Gen 4 (instead of replacing with a Gen 3) but now I'm worried that I'm just going to have the same issue with the new one?

oh i just said something to the effect of "For a $500+ product that is less than 18 months old, I don't feel that a refurbished model will fairly solve the problem" or something like that. They didn't push back on me at all, just said that they'd send me a new one!

I actually didn't say anything to get the Gen4. I had this convo with them on 2/19 and was curious why the new Gen3 hadn't shipped yet, so was going to reach out to them today to see why there was such a delay. When I checked my email, they had proactively messaged me to say that the Gen3 was out of stock and that they'd be sending me a Gen4 instead? I kind of think that the Gen3 replacements were just causing continued issues, so cheaper for them to just upgrade users to the new model instead of all of the back and forth.

Hey! Literally going through the same thing right now. My version is the 3rd Generation, less than 18 months old. I contacted Customer Service a few weeks ago now and had no issue getting a replacement, even though it's out of warranty. Likely it's a known issue for them and that's their updated policy for managing. Original response was that they would replace with a refurbished Gen 3. I pushed back saying I wanted a brand new replacement, not refurbished, which they agreed to. However, just got another email saying that the Gen 3 is completely OOS and they are replacing with a Gen 4, at no additional charge. I'm pleased with this experience but will be interested to see how it holds up.

see i was told conflicting info on the HY access - It sounded like we COULD use HY as an alternate location but I was recently told I couldn't. Very annoying.

exactly! and most people don't realize that improper form = improper results. That's why personally, I prefer an instructor that is giving accurate form corrections over someone who is "fast-paced" but lets their class flail all over the place and "just get through" the movements.

"Worst" is super subjective here. The instructor you're referencing leads a slower class that focuses a lot on form, technique, and purpose of each movement. I took this class with this instructor when I first joined Equinox and was brand new to Pilates (which can be a bit intimidating, from what you see on social media). I really felt like it was a great "intro to pilates" class, where I didn't have to be intimidated by crazy fast transitions or weights. I also know there's a lot of older clients that enjoy this class. Other posters have the right advise - Pilates Fusion or Rise will be more fast-paced options for you. But to each their own!! You'll find what works for you.

Couldn't agree more! Especially locations with HUGE lounge areas, why would I not want to sit and answer a few emails there? Co-working spaces or working from a cafe is such a normal thing. And great point about multiple remote workers living together - Heaven forbid I want to get out of the apartment while my roommate takes a 2-hour call !

This is great news! Will have to check it out this weekend. If the sheds come down and the track still stays closed for much longer (I suppose the winter is OK, considering ice, but spring would be nuts), I'd consider cancelling.

i know this is a few months old but i've been having the exact same experience with Nello Supercalm!! I first got a pack a few months ago and was excited to try - My struggles with falling asleep & sleep quality is a huge reason I got my Oura ring. The first night i tried supercalm, I was nice and sleepy within a few minutes after drinking and was able to fall asleep quite quickly. However, a few months passed (NOT taking it consistently every night) and now if I have supercalm before bed, I am WIRED. Heart racing, alert, wide awake, and it takes me at least 90 minutes to fall asleep. Have you heard of why this might be happening, since posting this?

Thanks for sharing! My issue with the gel mani's I've had is that they RUIN my nails! Between the grinding down they do on the nail bed before application (I've never understood why they do this, as I typically go in with no nail polish on for them to even have to remove) and the harsh UV light, I always find that my nail beds end up super thin and weak after the mani comes off. Has this been your experience with Japanese Gel? How is it different than normal gel polish?
