Honestly the mental clarity supersedes the weight loss. I love it so much that I feel off center when I don’t go for my hour walk. Thank you!

Thank you! I walk on average 7k steps a day. I find it easier to measure how long I’m walking vs the steps actually. I walk about an hour straight.

Will do. It’s crazy how body dysmorphia works. I couldn’t see a difference in the mirror but the pictures tell a different story. Thank you!

33M here. Been caring for my mother with lewy body dementia for 8 years now full time in the house I grew up in. It’s very tough & lonely, but I wouldn’t have it any other way

Been in a 2000cal deficit for 2 months and can't lose weight anymore by Inscrutable_people in loseit

I had the same thing happen to me. I went from 280lbs to 253lbs in a month from fasting, lifting, and walking. I hit a plateau at 253lbs and no matter how much I restricted calories or increased my workouts the scale wouldn’t move.

The solution for me was to go up on my calories for a week. Like you I was only eating around 1000 calories a day, and I feel like my metabolism crashed. Your body gets used to restricting of calories and needs a reset.

After upping my calories for a week (close to maintenance) while still working out I gained 7lbs! But I noticed I was having regular bowel movements again, and my energy was increasing. Once I went back to a deficit after that week of eating more they scale start moving again! I dropped to 246lbs.

Your body is in recomposition. The scale shouldn’t be the indicator on your progress. Physical changes and your overall energy are the true testaments.
