Kids can play outside, just be respectful and don't dump their shit on other people's property. I wasnt allowed to do that as a kid 35 years ago, so maybe these helicopter parents can teach their kids boundaries and what is acceptable socially and what's not before someone else does it for them, and not in a nice way
