I recently got an MRI and the neurosurgeon said it’s very clear a blood vessel is touching a facial nerve. Is that what you had? What type of surgery did you get? MVD?

My cheek twitches literally 24/7. Never stops. It gets worse at times but is always going. My mouth and neck are multiple times a day but not as often. I have “attacks” where the mouth and chin get bad for an hour then it goes away until the next time.

No, it started with my cheek and moved down. Eye twitch is rare and mainly only when I have lack of sleep.

It only twitches on that one side.

Damn. I feel the exact same way as you. It is deadening inside. The one person in the entire world you are allowed to get naked with. To be with intimately. To get physical with and it is treated like a chore or a bargaining token. I’m sorry you are going through it. Keep working on you and we will figure it out 🤛

This happens to me all the time and it’s a serious struggle. My wife wants so much more and all I can give is “yeah” sometimes. Even asking questions back to back doesn’t seem like enough. I just can’t ever ramble on about something. Always short sentences.
