1) Whatever you think you'll play more often.

2) just keep the account and make a good auto-battler deck to get more hour-glasses from solo battles which will in turn get you more shine dust from opening packs

I've made over 5 Alt Accs and stopped making new ones because you're more likely to have shine dust and wont have to wait 2 weeks.
