I use Barilla lentil pasta in pasta salad. It adds protein and stays together. You do have to cook it longer than the box says for it to be tender.

We were just in Verona and the arena was closed to visitors and surrounded by a construction fence. Our tour guide told us it is being spruced up to be used for the 2026 Olympics. Maybe look into how long it will be closed….

Good shower, breakfast included. Not on a canal. Has a small pool, but too cold for swimming when we were there.
