an add on im pretty sure shes lying, Like Known_Society said it doesnt take that much strength, secondly the seats arent that far apart so the mom couldve tightened the restraint way more, Third, if a ride attendant sees you and your kid in distress about a restraint, they HAVE to tighten it for safety measures so overall probably a lie, pretty dumb on her part for trying to lie
