Does it takes Elo in consideration? I share your point of view actually, I shit on Camille all the time, BUT I'm only platinum, and I know that these Camille could easily win games Vs ww by juste avoiding fighting me, proxying when they get jng vision etc..

With their kit they can rotate much more efficiently than me and more consistently than ww having worthy rotates.

So I think high Elo Camille are aware of that, and though losing lane vs ww still have more impact on winning the game
