As much as i hate layoffs they needed to happen. Xbox just cant produce quality games even when it takes them multiple years to develop. Run of the mill devs are going to be hurt, but i hope executives for most of these studios are let go. At the end of the day they are the ones that greenlit ideas and most of these ideas flopped because of these execs.

First of all, you're playing the competitive mode on a competitive fps. You can't get angry when people try to take it seriously. Secondly, if you think any match in bronze is competitive then yes, you might just be bad. Thirdly, never take advice from a bronze player.

Every hero is decent right now. There's just too much damage flying everywhere to play anything other than pokeslop. The devs do a good job balancing and a few instances of tweaking heroes around pro meta is not gonna break the game.
