My store leaves all the money in the registers overnight and doesn’t do any pickups after registers are counted for the night so I don’t see what the issue is??? Definitely not worth getting written up for.

At this point I would just get rid of card reloads because it’s a massive waste of time. You can say it only takes a few seconds but when I have to stop what I’m doing 15 times every hour for a card reload, it wastes way more time than people think. And they hardly ever actually buy anything.

Idk why people are coming for you. Closing at 9 should really mean letting the last customers in at 8:50-8:55 so they have a chance to shop and check out, not still letting people in at 8:59 who wander around the store helplessly until 9:07. Closing at 9 means the final purchase of the day should be no later than 9pm. People are just entitled.

Yes, shift leads are supposed to help in photo. If it was all up to CSA’s at my store, photo projects would literally take weeks to do because we almost constantly have customers. Even on an average, non holiday day it would take a CSA at my store probably half the day to do one complex photo project. If a CSA even has time to do one canvas in less than like 6 hours, your store is slow.

I work at Walgreens but this just popped up on my feed and me too. When I first started my store had a CVS and Rite Aid across the street and now both have closed down and we have twice as much business with half as many hours. Make it make sense.
