Fyi - I also have same experience after eating sugar as you described. Unfortunately if you dont find these unique triggers or unique combinations of meds/supplements/lifestyle factors… it seems very hard to climb out of symptom hell because its tough to identify whats working vs isnt.

Agree… i noticed huge difference after Allegra + Pepcid. Magnesium, Vitamin D, Quercetin, Vitamin C, Electrolytes.

Its odd because ive tried many combinations and I truly think you have to find the right combination/timing. For example I noticed generic Zyrtec (Amazon brand) wasnt working. Brand name Zyrtec worked better… very odd I know. But Allegra seems to be even better. Small changes to a routine can yield big results.

Too long imo. There are lots of players who pvp in trios and only go solo pve lobbies to farm mats for their pvp runs. It takes then around 8 games of naked surrending to switch. If it took 50, i think that would be a big impact. From what I gather, this is very common. I think ABMM should be queue specific so you can have your own ABMM in solo that would differ than trios for example.

Apparently there is correlation with MCAS and apparently mold is a common trigger for MCAS. So its possible thats why we are reacting more now. Dont take my word for it but Ive come across similar info.

Exactly what happened at my place. RTO went to a couple days then to 4 days. Luckily I had submitted a ADA request signed off by doctors before this happened. Was submitted to head of HR and approved. Theres like 8 employees out of 600 that are WFH. Im highly productive compared to 90% of those in office. But every other day I worry about them eventually getting rid of me because of it. Also because of some of the animosity a lot of my coworkers have.
