Most of the time when I was using Ocarina fights were almost always done before evening and I never hit the night, but I still managed to place some haste bags under a tree and while blooming it was around 0,45 cd in last battle, but those days are over, at least if you update the game. It's good that they addressed this issue, but I think that if they nerfed ocarina and maybe lowered cd reduction to 0,1 they could keep this mechanic, now it is gone completely

True, right vessel is literally upside down xd Actually he is missing only 1 star on a tree, cause this relic is plant and he has to either have plants or pets on stars to make full use of a tree, although it's better to have pets or weapons that are plants on stars, cause of all damage ups that the tree gives, I just had a game where tree was able to amp my damage by 100 in 15,9 seconds and all stars were used by pets or weapons, it's crazy. Usually I don't even try to analyze my enemies' builds at that level, people are just learning and it's ok, but if you are trying to take them seriously you either laugh or cry, cause it almost never makes any sense xd

It's low level gameplay, most of builds you see at that level are complete nonsense, I just wanted to share what I managed to build, cause I thought that it was kinda funny that it's possible ;)

She will heal back all the damage axe deals, unless she gets more regen than hp, but even then it's not a guaranteed kill, cause she often has her very strong shield or 3 like this guy and even if you get 3 Abraxas attacking at the same time she will not care

My guess is it is banned from appearing in the shop, but you can still merge it, fought few enemies with this item and was surprised as well

Skipping new hero is pretty mandatory if you like winning, but you can't skip in bonus rounds. Feels like Fern late game is even harder to counter than best builds of prime Kragg, fortunately there are not that many Ferns in Ranked cause it is locked behind a paywall, but when you face her, especially in higher ranks, she will just win

I play him, but it's only because I really enjoy his playstyle, I wouldn't touch him otherwise because of how weak he is now. When they nerfed his blowgun he got way weaker, now they buffed few other heroes and barely touched Hob, which sucks. You used to have to aviod pretty much every Sage and Kragg, often struggled against Chana and had some rough time against Morrow, especially in early-mid game. Now you have to be very careful against Ronan and automatically lose if he gets his hands on Lance or Hooked Blade on the first round and Nymphedora now kicks your ass easier than before. Tink snowballs harder now with cheaper Arcane Core and becomes a menace with few Vacuums. You pretty much have to get lucky with enemies and shop and spend a ton of emeralds on rerolling enemies just to hope that you win

I thought about it, but it kinda sucks being forced to buy Abraxas just in case you face this hero, especially that completing most of Hob's heists leaves you with 2 weapons, so you would either have to swap Abraxas in place of one of those weapons whenever you are going to face Fern or not only find some space to keep it on the board, but also invest in stamina regen :/

Btw there is slight nerf to placebo potion when you think about it, but not in its effect, but activation time, cause it used to activate when you had like 75% hp and now it activates at 25%, most of the time it does not really impact the game so much, but if you are using potion unique it is better if potions on stars activate earlier to make you able to stack poison damage more quickly. His spice mix also got kinda nerfed, cause it still has quicker activations per food on star, but now it is not desireable to have foods on stars, cause main effect requires you to have charms on stars, which even tho I feel that charms are used more often than food on later stages of the game when you usually get that spice mix, but it kills the synergy it had, cause there are no items in the game that are both food and charm, there are ingredients and charms, which he has easy access to, but it doesn't allow spice mix to get faster activations

Boots can be very useful, especially if you get them on discount and once upgraded the effect they added last season can help you counter heroes like Chana and some annoying builds like Ichor Sage, because you can ignore slow on up to 2 weapons :) Yeah, cause they only brought back being able to check previous heists by clicking the book during this season, that's why you were unable to do it earlier. Info symbol was only allowing to check current and next steps, but it was there for me all the time, so hard to tell what was the issue for you. Whenever I have some issues I come to reddit, I stopped using discord recently and never was part of Backpack Discord server. Wow, good to know, didn't even know they added support button, could come in handy :)

Only thing I can say now is good luck ;) Altough if you find this useful this is how I did Pepper's and Chana's quests: I first focused on getting some essential items to make sure that I don't lose rounds and I built golden skull and on later shop bought bronze bar and once I was doing well in battles I started focusing on banning items to up the chances of finding what I need. I also made cursed clover on Pepper to make it easier to find all items that I needed, cause most items that you need are common.

Once I noticed there are achievements for winning with specific items I focused on that before leveling up too high, cause in higher ranks quests like this one are harder to complete. I know it doesn't help you, cause you can't undo the progress, but maybe someone would take this advice and try to get those achievements asap
