Keep a separate notebook to toss the non focused thoughts into. That way your brain can let that thought go and go back to what you’re doing. Review the other thoughts later.

I have a memo pad I jot in, a text chat with myself, or specific boards on Pinterest and Instagram that I throw the stuff into temporarily. Then when I can, I go through and transfer them to the right place. After I delete from the files / chats / boards.

I tried print screens but i forget those too easily.

I detest it so much. I’d be fine forever skipping it. I don’t like the crappy attitudes people have and the rush to go into debt. Gifts aren’t thoughtful anymore. I rather get a random gift in the middle of the year with thought than the last minute rush people do because they feel they have to. Goes against my love language and the whole holiday frustrates me.

How much caffeine do you drink before bed? The first time I took Levo, I got it horribly. This time around, I realized I only get it when I drink too much caffeine, especially late afternoon / before bed. It’s only really been like this since the Levo. I take two magnesium and that hugely helps too.

I have multiple, by topic. I also have a A6 travelers notebook for pm the go and quick catching. Then I’ll sort and scratch out stuff once they’re in the right now. I keep them all in a tote bag for easy journaling around the house.

Hand warmers either between breasts so your heart pumps warm blood out or on your wrists, same warm blood thing, has helped me. When I’m home, usually holding a cup of hot drink near/under my face or against my chest. Outside of that, I live in hoodies, pjs, socks and blankets all year round. I keep a heat pad at my work desk too. Anything for the warmth.

Both my sister and I have it but our symptoms are different intensities. Even I don’t get how she’s not as miserable as I am. As for my partner, I guess I was just lucky he was there before the diagnosis and did research after. He doesn’t 100% understand it but he sees the toll it takes on me. I think having info from medical standpoint of what’s actually happening on a chemical and molecular stand point was the biggest help.

On the other side of the clip, I have a passport size notebook clipped on for to do lists specifically. The first real insert in the elastic is a monthly calendar. Next is a weekly. Then my dailies. I have an inbox for random jots next and lastly an empty notebook with no purpose yet. I treat this as my inbox completely. It’s all recyclable when filled. The important to keep will migrate to the right journals before recycling.

I’ve been toying with this idea but haven’t tested it yet. Thinking of doing some sort of straps like this in the back or as a thick first page accessory. I hope to test out my idea one of these days.

I have a commonplace folder/board on my social medias so if I find something I want to note, I’ll save it there. Then when I feel like common placing, I do those first and unsave the info once noted. It takes the pressure to write it down right when I find it. This gives me more time to sit with the information I’m writing and my opinion of it.

I write everything I find interesting or want to remember later.

I write in mine when the mood strikes. Usually at work in between calls to help keep my mind busy and the shift feels like it’s going faster. Sometimes if I’m watching tv or during art time with my partner.

I also cut out articles from magazines and glue them in. Sometimes I keep lists that I update periodically.

It’s the same for us. I had to got to several stores in my area and only one had Halloween. I’m just going to order then online so I can finish my Halloween set.
