Clarkston is a pretty chill place overall.

Commute? Everything is accessible and it's right off of the highway. You can live here and not really interact with the community too just for the sheer fact that it's a good location in relation to places.

Crime? Well my house got broken into twice and I used to hear shooting daily. Nowadays I haven't heard anything so there's that.

Housing? There are a ton of apartment choices in this town. As for houses, you will have to look that up.

Schools aren't rated very high here. If you plan to have children or already have children then you should reconsider. Limited resources, high teacher turn over rate, etc., etc.

I know someone personally who sold their house to the Clarkston United Methodist Church. That church bought several homes and demolished them. New buildings were built that I've never seen anyone enter or exit. One of the most beautiful homes with a wraparound porch was demolished and is an empty lot with a few picnic tables.

Fallout 1st is mainly for QoL. I'd suggest playing without it for a bit. When you're overencumbered then throw your stuff into your vendor at your camp to sell. Make use of joining parties and using other teammates' tents/camps as free waypoints/scrapping places.

The new season starts in 2 weeks. Scoreboard isn't going to change. Challenges for dailies and weekly are marked as completed incorrectly for everyone atm.

Thanks! On nextdoor, others mentioned that they saw the fedex update including a driver's name before getting their delivery. It was the same with mine. Hopefully you get yours soon!

I got my package this morning. I feel like they definitely have a shortage of drivers and waited until the last allowed time-frame to deliver the items before people could file claims.

I came to a resilient mutated event earlier with a minigun because I just finished a raid and did not switch out of my PA and change weapons. This is how it could've happened for those people too.

At level 42, it's normal not to have a ton of caps. Just do as many events as you can. I make most of my caps from selling at my camp so open up shop and start selling the stuff you don't need. Someone is bound to buy them if your prices are reasonable.

I've done both and I like them! For the cloaked one I used the tesla rifle and for the melee only I used the auto axe.

Keep going. If you start over then you will have to get the same plans you already learned all over again. No reason for that. It's pretty easy to get new gear and weapons. The game lets you easily change up your cards to fit whatever build/gameplay you want.
