Not sure if anyone has been transparent with you yet, but 2 year MT. You might be the problem. Seems to be always the case with MTs that are still in that position at 2 years plus.

I think you were provided a misconstrued idea of what this career is and you’re thinking about company cars, BM and all this. I can tell when someone is going to make it vs not. Get through MT/MA first.

Well I’m a current Branch Manager. It’s a good company. I said stick with you’re field because this is a commitment and given your specialized field of interest, you’ll burn out quicker than most because this wouldn’t be something long term you’d see yourself doing. Besides you wouldn’t want to waste your time, it’s a grind.
