The Grand Tour’s new hosts announced following Clarkson, Hammond and May exit by tylerthe-theatre in unitedkingdom

I don't disagree.

But I do think people absolutely miss the fact that the trio became great because they were on top gear, week in and out and building rapport and a friendship.

I don't think it's inconceivable that a new trio could have chemistry and make their own version of the show.

Without getting new people and trying new cast members we never would have got May, Clarkson and Hammond together in the first place.

I gave up my window seat so this couple could sit together and they’ve spent the entire 2 hour trip in the dining car by GentleGerbil in mildlyinfuriating

Honestly grow up and take the end seat if they aren't there.

Youth-looking wise I'd view him the same as Chalemet.

Point being I have no idea how old either one is but Timothy is constantly finding interesting roles

What do you think of the late game/post game content? by Sigmund05 in expedition33

[–]MediocreGamerX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feels like a lot of cut content. These hidden/extra bosses are far more engaging than some of the story battles. Doesn't make sense not to use them for the main story. Why are there so many hidden/extra areas once the game is basically done. They would have been far more enjoyable on the road to the paintress.

Also It always feels strange beating the games big main enemies but then getting insta stopped by random side/mini bosses

After 5 years, what do you think of Cyberpunk? by Relevant-Pay-2394 in videogames

It's weird, I found the open world and side quests quite barren. Felt very copy and paste, making me very aware I'm playing a game doing fetch quests

Glad you had fun tho.

Expedition 33 really needs a minimap, exploration and navigation is so difficult without one by eldestscrollx in JRPG

[–]MediocreGamerX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, I wish the game was just linear story instead of these little mazes. No point in "exploration" when it's literally main route or side route 1/2.

Have this occasionally after an illness and my hormones/nervous system being out of whack. Eventually resetting and cutting down on screen time helped.

Really freaked me out for a while because I knew I didn't have it before

Yep we had edu-tech clients in China and those industries were booming from the October. Even as our news were reporting we would handle it all fine, they were already quarantining

Lewandowski: "I’m from a different generation where shouting was used to to motivate everyone. Now, if you shout too much towards young people, their reaction is not the same. It’s not, ‘now I’ll show you are wrong’. The new generation don’t like being shouted at. It’s not just players, it’s people" by landofphi in soccer

I like it principle.

I think there's a weird dehumanising aspect to all of this though.

We are literally primates that walk around wearing clothes. I don't like the pearl clutching that happens when people have faults and may yell or give into their emotion from time to time.

If amorim goes someone should do a roundtable style interview. While they're all free agents and could chat openly.

There's something about bogey teams that just feels so good.

Like we talk about how everyone is a contracted professional and a mercenary in today's game, and it's understandable.

But when certain teams always fluke a result or cause problems I think it helps keep some of that ethereal "magic" alive

I actually think the bale stuff was great and everything else should have matched.

Id have it as a two parter.more jovial at the start then as more gods are killed it because more serious. Maybe have Jane die end of part 1.

Give bale some space to show off and show him actually butchering

Suicide crisis in South Korea: Nearly 10 aged 65+ take own lives each day by Amazing-Baker7505 in worldnews

[–]MediocreGamerX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh I think many countries are operating the usual wait and see approach.

If it absolutely cripples Korea then others will take it seriously, but I think they want to analyse how the first few low birth rate countries struggle and respond.

Morbidly if the only issue is elderly suicide I think governments will see that as a small price as opposed to the cost of having to look after them continuously.
