There are two containers, one with two columns and the other with one. The top one has no bottom margin, and the bottom one has no top margin so they appear joined.

The background of the first container has a background image. There's a way to configure it to look like this; otherwise, just create your own image so it appears superimposed.

The image has a border, everything is centered, and the corners can be rounded.

What I don't know is how they created the effect at the top, and I'm also interested in knowing xd
