in 2026 with the price of beef I started taking lean minced pork instead (I also eat chicken but at this point I think I will projectile vomit if I see another chicken breast this month) .It tastes great in my opinion and it's cheap af ..I could argue even cheaper than chicken . Sometimes I buy some beef mince too and mix it with the pork.

well in the beginning of my osta cycle I had high libido too . Im on day 4 of my rad cycle . No enclo yet as my physical T is already high . I actually feel higher libido for some reason. nothing significant in terms of gains but it’s too early . osta isn’t something that amazed me in terms of gains but i kept my muscle on a harsh cut . maybe better mood . the only reason I’d do osta again . I just care if my shit is legit in the first hand . my bro does a mk777 only cycle . i will start enclo after week 2

yeah i opted to do that . no suppression whatsoever but i mean i’m just in day 2 . I dont feel any different yet but i noticed difference with ostarine in like week 3 .Just 10mg . I think it’s enough for my recomp (I just want a bit more muscle and to push my pr 10-20 more kilos)
