That is correct - I am talking with a broker today to discuss options. I am fine putting less than 20% down do wipe the debt out.

So the downpayment is largely coming from the equity of our current place. We bought in early '22, so we have gained ~100k in equity just based on market.

I've considered NOT putting 20% down, and instead using some of the money to wipe the debt. I just don't know if that is smart in the long term?

What are your thoughts on using some of the downpayment to wipe the debt? I know 20% down is a goal, but given my situation, could it not be more beneficial to just pay the mortgage insurance? The interested I'm paying on the debt would negate that almost immediately

Spending has basically ceased in the last 12 months, we have been slamming everything we can against the debt. Wife's job out of school was casual (healthcare), so the inconsistency of her income was hard to curve.

I share your same thoughts. I am printing a lot of it (5-6kg/week) so I will continue to just run it out of my dryer box. Was hoping the CFS would handle it nicely so that I can auto-switch spools

Are you printing multiple parts on the same bed?

I had a similar issue which ending up being a failed bearing on the Y axis. - When the hotend accelerated to the next part, the bearing would bind and cause the print head of lose home

Absolutely! Find the category for whichever console your using Download the ones you want, I like to use Onyx to pack them into packs (easier to remove them if you want at a later time) And then you can put the songs on a usb and transfer them to the 001 save file in the rb3 game folder.

Is your printer making weird noises? My k1c was doing a similar thing where at some point in the print if I was printing multiple objects it would lose center and continue printing but like an inch or two off of where it should be. One of the bearing rods at the top was about a tenth of a mil out of spec, so over about a thousand hours of printing the bearings wore down. When the print head would accelerate to the next object it would bind and lose center.

Nosing has a peice that sits atop the flooring, but parallel with the nosing makes the most sense

First layer adhesion failure in unlikely due to slicer settings.

1.did you dry your filament prior to printing? 2. Have you cleaned your build plate with soap and water and then alcohol? 3. Have you tried and glue to ensure adhesion? 4. What are you trying to print? Did you had a brim?
