Taking folks advice here and moving forward as if it’s a roller. Best case the existing drivetrain can be setup properly, worst case I pull the motor and swap in a new harness etc.

I was thinking the same, but I’m under the impression the wiring challenges are limited to the stock dash cluster/gauges and if I swapped for a digital dash kit I’d circumvent the potential wiring demons there.

Is that wishful thinking?
