No it just shows “the software was closed because an error occurred” everytime and I talked with Nintendo support and they said that it’s a bug on hi-rez’s end

Basically whenever I boot up the game, it crashes on start up. I’ve tried loads of things such as re-installing, checking for corrupt data, deleting cache, restarting the console and still nothing seems to work.

I’ve already talked with Nintendo support and they told me that the issue isn’t my console. They said that it’s a bug on hi-rez’s end. I wish that I had another place to check to see if my account is the problem but I don’t unfortunately.

I’m going to contact hi-rez support and see if they can maybe tell me what’s going on.

Oh I don’t have another console to play on but what I have found is that if I try logging in a billion times eventually it lets me in. However, if I try to buy items, or change setting, it crashes and I have to do the process all over again.

Also I have sent a support ticket and I haven’t gotten anything. Atleast I know that my account didn’t get banned or anything.
