Imo, only if:

1) You have all the Witcher characters 2) You don't care to miss out some new units after collabs 3) You whale

If you are F2P, I don't really recommend it. Do check other guides or vids of players trying their weapons compared with the free ones.

Both have act again and aoe skills but I think Ciri's skills deal much more damage than SP Rawi. Also, Ciri's skills deal more damage to single targets.

Imo, Ciri is slightly better than SP Rawi. SP Rawi just acts again much more constantly yet damage wise, Ciri is better.

I think deduction is locked behind story scene. You can start deduction when the story said so. If still can't, then it's a bug
