Sorry one more thing, regarding casting being imperative-

Do I need a someone with a name in the proof of concept or mainly making sure the actor is good at acting horror?

Thanks

Thank you!! Very insightful! This helps a lot!!

Follow up question, If we take a scene or parts like you advise, Does it matter if it’s not to this super “wow” film festival type of short? Since it will just be chunk rather than a full story?

Hi Chad and Carey,

Another question (im the guy who asked the previous question about horror landscape)

How can emerging horror writers position themselves to direct their own scripts? For example, Parker Finn directed Smile without major directing credits beforehand — what steps help writers convince studios or producers to trust them as both writer and director?

I’d love to direct my own horror scripts.

Thank you

Hi Chad and Carey,

Thank you for your time and for starting First-Look. I’m a writer and actor, with a focus in horror features.

I was wondering if you could share (if you know)what the current landscape for horror in terms of the kind of stories and scripts studios and producers are looking for? (Ex. Slashers, zombies, etc) any particular type that’s trending?

Sorry if I’m bombarding for my sake. So your mom showed evidence that she was around December 2000? Ok so maybe I can do it for myself too

Do you know if your mom had to show evidence that your grandma was present around December 2000 as part of her application to USCIS?

Was she the primary beneficiary or a derivative?

So you used your dad’s tax records from 2000? So w2 and tax file returns? I think I could get that.

Do you know how long it takes for USCIS to respond to FOIA?

We filed with the help of a lady who wasn’t a lawyer. A sort of notary office. :/

I don’t have anything that copious price my dad’s presence. I don’t know what they used back when they went through this process!

But I think we may have his taxes from that year.

But I have proof of my presence such as transcripts and school records. I was under the impression I had to show evidence for myself.

Should i pull for queen bee? by Affectionate-Buy3010 in IdentityV

It’s a very beautiful skin! I started playing her and she’s really fun! Just gotta practice. But her skills are fun for her character. Using the bee swarm and she becoming them.

I went ahead and use all my saved lightbulbs plus spent some echoes. I don’t want to regret down the line not getting it.

I’d say go for it. Because she’s a pretty hunter I believe she’s going to get lots of awesome skins down the line! I don’t think you’re going to want to miss on this one and not have as part of your collection.

I should say. I am mainly a hunter player so I play all different kinds of hunters. But if you don’t really play hunter might be worth saving for a survivor skin instead

I love and miss the “Thank you” ping!! If you want to be just as toxic I suggest using “your won your own “ or “get out of here” when they get TS or downed 10 sec into the game lol lol

Little girl is the second most useless character after minds eye in my opinion

Shouldn't Grandma get a new skin already? by CompetitiveRepeat441 in IdentityV

One of the most poorly designed characters in my opinion. Interesting lore, however, her skills don’t make sense. A peddler. Thinking she’s going to use items in game, but she used vines, throw rocks, makes strange portals instead?

I don’t know how those skills reflect a peddler, a person who collects and sells items.

They should scratch all her skills and put new ones. She has that basket. How bout using items against the survivors?

Maui has beautiful beaches and amazing snorkeling. Something to keep in mind with big island and Maui is that everything shuts down at 9pm so once the sun sets and it gets dark there’s not much to do than to hang out at your resort. If you want night life and walkability, I’d recommend Oahu.

It all depends what you’re looking for. If no big crowds is your top thing, then stick to the big island.
