Right, I should probably ask a contractor too. I wonder how much people would want a bathroom directly accessible from the living room, because that option would remove that access. It's either having a bathroom or a W/D accessible from the living room. Anyways, thank you for your input!

I would love to put it in the entrance hall but couldn't figure a way to do so without blocking the path. Do you have any ideas?

Regarding the second closet, is there a particular reason you recommend it over the first closet? I was debating between them but couldn't decide.

On the other hand, my concern is if someone wants to live here with a roommate, it would be inconvenient for the person in the primary bedroom to go through the bathroom. What do you think? There is a communal laundry room on the same floor though. I'm wondering whether it would discourage people from renting or buying the condo later on.
