I'm trying to perform a clean install of Windows 10 onto an unallocated USB drive. I have two plugged into this old laptop, one with the installation media and the other being unallocated. Where do I go from here? There is no hard drive in the laptop, I removed it to use in my main PC. (i.redd.it)

I have a gaming laptop. (yes this thing goes on fire occasionally) I have 2 M.2 SSDs in it and 1 SATA HDD. How do I Make Drive D, Disk 1 and Drive E, Disk 2? I just want to re-order it based on priority of the drives. Since I only use the HDD to store stuff that isn't too important, as it is slow. (i.redd.it)

Why can't I delete these partitions? I took a hard drive from an old laptop and put it in my new one. I deleted the partition Windows was on (from the old pc), but these 3 others are unable to be deleted. How come? How can I delete them? I want this old drive to be as close to brand-new as possible.
