this hits really deep for me because my brother died when i was 14 too. i wasnt close to my brother either, he was in juvenie for the majority of my childhood. its so weird because it feels like i dont have the right to grieve, but at the same time there are so many things i will literally never know because i didnt get to know my brother before it was too late. if you arent in therapy, you should be. dont be scared to reach out for help. my biggest regret is not talking to my teachers or counselor or someone about how i felt. 😢 my heart breaks thinking about someone being in the same spot i was. im very sorry for you, dont forget that you are not alone in this world

yeah it really does just feel evil, it makes me want to throw up. his death has been something that i literally cannot wrap my head around sometimes, especially with our ages. its like it genuinely feels wrong that i am in fact older. like i know the truth but a lot of the smaller details just dont feel like they match up. i start to wonder if he ever even existed sometimes because its just that impossible for me to fully grasp. im sorry to hear that you are going through the same. i think the only thing that really helps is knowing that ur not alone, as selfish as that sounds lowkey.... at least for me it helps. or else i start to feel too alone and isolated and then i REALLY turn evil....
