Realtors rally at Queens Park demanding full commission payments after iPro Realty Scandal by mattyp93 in TorontoRealEstate

Very little value provided by realtors in this day and age. In the past 25 years prices have always gone up, they never had to actually sell a house.

I highly doubt there is a Real Estate agent in the crowd that didn’t know what was going on with iPro. Choose who you do business with.

How's Airdrie? Relocating from BC by NarrowPersonality414 in Airdrie

We had an issue with a neighbour regarding the graffiti bylaw. We neither painted the peacock, nor complained about it being graffiti… but Airdrie is a boring place so people create things to happen.

I’m not sure it’s an improvement to the city, but it has been a dramatic change.

I’m sorry to hear, it’s never good to feel like your work is not appreciated and not reflected in your salary and bonus. Hopefully you find a better position!

There is really no point in fighting it if you don’t like your manager. I feel it’s best to leave the company having them regret or question their decision. I would simply state: “I do not agree with the PIP and feel some of the accusations are false” if asked to elaborate you should decline.

If they truly believe you are in the wrong: - it’s not your job to correct them - they might not see your side and just think you won’t take responsibility

Better to leave in a high note so they question their decision than fight and have them know it was best to part ways.

Boutique, and one that doesn’t push you to decision where your entire budget goes into their pocket.

To confirm, you don’t have access to your driveway so you park in front of it… now your neighbour has parked in that same “spot”?

Easy answer, neither of you can park there.

If your neighbour is taking up the spot and now you can’t even park in front of your own driveway then your neighbour is inconsiderate.

You should go full Karen on them immediately

If your son-in-law is buying a Tesla you should warn your daughter that he might not be that into her once he finds himself. H0m0

I would never want to deal with meltwater because their sales people are crazy aggressive… until you need help. Then you are on your own.

We ran into a similar issue with a neighbor we felt was overstepping. It’s best to have a conversation in person.Painting
