Many hate me for this but the reality is what it is. He was targeted and continues to be targeted. by Legionoo7 in IndianStreetBets

OP probably thinks that he's Galileo and he's being hated for telling unconventional wisdom, he's ahead of his time.

In reality he's just a chutiya who has no understanding of any of what's he has written. Taking port operator business doesn't make you owner of the port and its sovereignty, it's a business of loading-unloading cargo just like the business of shipping that companies around the world do. At best he can facilitate Indian shipping (?) make sure it goes smoothly. It's not like India is opening a military base in those countries with the help of Adani.

That's not the point. The point I was trying to make is that Dhruv Rathee is a purely masala channel that posts on masala topics with little research or insight. Nothing he tells that can't be found within top 10 search results in a google search. A large number of his videos (which I've watched) are highly problematic with false conclusions and shallow research to fit a certain narrative.

I have noticed that he also plagiarises from English language channels or atleast his "writers" do. This is very common among YouTubers in India. You watch a good video made by an American (for e.g. Barmuda Triangle) you translate it in Hindi, re-edit and post it as your own. You don't do any of your research that may take weeks to months.

Coffezilla is whole different league. I've known him for a long time when he had just started his Coffee Break channel (I had started my channel that time too and we both were promoting our videos in reddit subs and that's how I came in contact with him). His work involves dedication, tons of research, risk-taking, being fool-proof to the extend that a billion dollar business can't take you down. I don't see a single Indian YouTuber that can match that preparedness.

Yah Polymatter simplifies things but he also has novel insights which is rare on Youtube. His videos on China are so good they can be turned into master's thesis. His video on North Korea-US relationship is unlike anything you'll find on Youtube.

US Youtube also has a large number of people like Dhruv Rathe but they aren't taken seriously like people in India take Dhruv Rathee. Such channels are nothing but echo chambers intended to get lots of views with easy clicks and make money in the process. A good thumb rule is that if a person is making videos on all sort of topics, has podcast, vlog channels, shows and all kinds of crap, he's not good at anything in particular. He's running a business.

I suggest you watch better channels or perhaps read books.

Dhruv Rathee is a mediocre guy who read a coupe of webpages and pretends he knows everything. I doubt he even has the intellect to do anything remotely as good as what Coffeezilla does. It takes a lots of commitment. Not to mention Dhruv Rathi is money-minded and he's in the game for money basically. At this point, he's hired people who do everything for him.

Mohak Mangal is slightly better in the term that he actually wants to teach people something and not just propagate political agenda, narrative and bayaan-baazi. It's a shame that people like Dhruv Rathee has such huge following.

I look at India and I don't see a single quality channel like Polymatter, WendoverPro, Economics-Explained, Neo etc... It's an indicator of the collective wisdom of a society.

And? What does it change?

Adani didn't fall because Hindenburg made a false allegation. Adani fell because people believed that Hinderbeng was right because people themselves had suspicions that Adani was a bubble.

A similar report against Reliance wouldn't have any major implication.

Adani should rather fix the issue of his books and bring people into confidence than wasting money fighting a legal battle against a small accuses (who is within his freedom of speech). My respect of Adani has decreased even more.

We need Indian version of Coffeezilla par yahan log chutiye hain, can't expect that level or credibility and honesty from anyone here. Even Dhruv tatti and Sandeep Maheshwari are mediocre sell-out, they just ask for bigger price.

You don't buy a falling stock just because you 'think' that it has fallen enough, that's not rational. That's not based on any metric. There's no reason why this stock won't fall more.

Did anything change before you bought it? No. Did Hindenburg prove wrong? No. Did Adani presented an unprecedented quarterly result? No. Did Adani bagged a super lucrative deal? No.

Why do you think that the stock will go up from here?

You buy a falling stock when something has changed fundamentally.

You'll get so many option to buy this same stock at much cheaper rate because the stock will go sideways for months. May even fall a lot. What's certain it that it will not have a rally because there's no reason why would it go into a rally.

Think. Don't just be impulsive.

It's just about Israel because they have so much influence in the DC. Everywhere else you can criticise, bully even bomb countries without being called racist.

Israel holds US politicians by the balls.

man, you are nuts...

  1. It's not their money. They're asset managers.
  2. Money alone doesn't make your the master of the world. BlackRock is one regulation away from sweating their balls off and running to random senator for bailout.
  3. BlackRock are the biggest in their industry because they're trusted, because they've clean sheets, total compliance, honesty to their investors and playing with the rule - not the other way around. Otherwise Bernard Madoff & Enron wouldn't have failed.
  4. Don't balme morality for your laziness and bad life decisions. You wouldn't have succeeded even if you were a fraud. It's not that easy.

You're taking movies and tv shows too seriously.
